  • Entrance to the event is free to the community. Persons can enjoy our entertainment lineup for free. However desired food, beverages and other items are for purchase from our trusted vendors.

    If you are looking to ring in the new year with a VIP experience, we do offer a roof top option to experience this event in grand style. Enjoy a bespoke private party on our rooftop, overlooking the harbour and Spanish Town. This location gives you optimum views of our event activities and the new year fireworks! This option is limited to 100 persons at an attractive price of $300 per person or $2700 for groups of 10 persons.

    The VIP package includes:
    - Premium wine, champagne and liquor bar
    - Service concierge
    - Charcuterie spread
    - Deluxe swag bag including NYE merch
    - Snacks and Catering

  • This event is a community event. We look forward to welcoming members from a cross section of our Virgin Islands community. We have planned entertainment that the oldest members of our community can enjoy and even a Children’s Village to help the youngest members of our community ring in 2024.

  • Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds in the event of a cancellation. Nonetheless, you do have the option to transfer your tickets to other guests. If you need to proceed with a cancellation, please notify us via email at info@vgyh.events.

ENTERTAINMENT

  • Our event follows the standard alcohol consumption policy of the Virgin Islands which strictly prohibit serving of alcohol to patrons under the age of 18. While our vendors will not serve alcohol to minors, we encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children’s activity while attending this event.

ALCOHOL POLICY

  • We're working closely with the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force to minimize disruptions and manage traffic. While entertainment will provide increased levels of music and sound to the immediate community, we are committed to abiding by the Territory’s noise abatement act and ensuring performances aren’t audibly offensive to those at the event and in the immediate surroundings. Based on the response from the Virgin Gorda community thus far, we remain grateful that the community is excited to support this initiative and we are committed to being considerate event hosts.

  • Sustainability and environmental responsibility are at the forefront of our planning. We are committed to minimizing our carbon footprint and making eco-conscious choices throughout the event. Our initiatives include reducing single-use plastics, promoting recycling, and sourcing locally to support the community. We have partnered with eco-friendly vendors who share our commitment to a greener future, and we encourage attendees to join us in making environmentally responsible choices. Together, we can enjoy a fantastic event while protecting the beautiful surroundings of Virgin Gorda and leaving a positive impact on the environment.

  • The health and safety of our attendees, performers, and staff are our top priorities. We
    are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are committed to following all local
    and international guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

    • We will implement enhanced health and safety measures in accordance with the latest guidance from health authorities.

    • These measures may include mask mandates, social distancing, and hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue.

    • We will have increased cleaning and sanitation protocols in place, with regular disinfection of high-touch surfaces.

    • Hand sanitizing stations will be readily available throughout the event area.

    • Depending on local regulations and guidelines at the time of the event, masks or face coverings may be required. Please bring your own mask, and we will also provide masks for those who need them.

    • Where possible, we encourage contactless payments and transactions to minimize physical contact. Cashless payment options will be available for food, beverages, and merchandise.

    • If you or anyone in your group is feeling unwell or displaying symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home and seek medical advice.

    • Temperature checks may be conducted at the event entrance.

    • To maintain social distancing, we may limit the number of attendees and adjust the layout of the event space.

    • Seating and standing areas will be arranged to allow for safe distancing between groups.
